FOUNDER

Meet Rosette Balungi the founder of CTD, A self taught baker and a self made business woman. believe it or not Rosette’s passion did not always lie in cakes. having obtained her degree in social sciences she embarked on pursuing a career in accounting and got a CIMA qualification in 2006. Her passion for cakes was to come later on in life when she had kids but wanted to spend more time with them. In her own words, “It was my kids or my career”. From hobby to grind Rosette soon came to remember all that her mum taught her to do with baking in order to birth what we now call ‘Cake to differ’.
